"Feline Spandex Suit"

Film: Cat Women of the Moon (1953)

Alias: Alpha, Beta, Lambda, various others

Type: Alien

Location: Cave/Civilized area

Height/Weight: That of an average human.

Affiliation: Evil (mostly)

Summary: The moon might not be made of cheese, but it sure as Hell is made of rocks and dirt. But what of the parts below the surface? While we've seen it before, what if it were blander and more fan-servicey than what the Selenites were going for? No? You didn't care for this? Too bad!

History: The Cat-Women were once a prosperous species on the moon (which also harbored dog house-sized cave spiders). But over the course of several millennia, their species dwindled, leaving a select few to reside in their oxygen-rich palace of decadence. However, upon catching wind of a group of explorers, they decided that they would hijack their rocket to get to Earth for their personal gain. Step one was hypnotizing the token female, learning the men's weaknesses, and going from there.

Notable Kills: Nothing special.

Final Fate: One Cat-Woman, Lambda, exposes her race's intentions after finding love with one of the explorers. She's killed for her treachery, but the humans make it out just in time.

Powers/Abilities: The Cat-Women can hypnotize other women to do their bidding. They can also teleport at an alarming speed.

Weakness: Anything conventional. They also can't hypnotize males.

Scariness Factor: 2-While a commanding race with their stern dispositions, the Cat-Women are kind of just a bunch of pretty faces on the moon. Sure, there have hypnosis and teleportation, but aside from the eyes, you would have never guessed that they were related to cats in any way.

Trivia: -Cats were probably chosen as a motif since they are distinctly more nocturnal than other domesticated animals.

-This film couldn't even respect its own composer, who got his last name misspelled as "Bernstien" instead of "Bernstein".

Sorry, furry fans. No actual "Cat People" here.

Before the infamous Black Death of the Moon, there was...this random scrub.

Emotion hits this lady like a ton of bricks.

They were going to make the wine milk, but it was stereotypical and there were some...ahem...implications.
Fearless, until you show them Bill Murray's Garfield creature.

Bat-Women? I thought...actually, that might be not half-bad.
This is...kinda Freaudian.
